I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with a private therapy practice in the St. Louis area, specialized in working with adult individuals as well as with couples. I have experience working within various clinical settings, including residential and outpatient treatment and recovery centers, university student counseling and private group practice.

I am a creative soul who thrives in nature. I like to make and fix things with my hands. I love cooking with my family and sharing a meal with strangers. I enjoy discovering new music and clumsily learning a new instrument. I love a campfire, especially if it’s near the ocean.
