The best way out is through.
The hardest part of therapy is starting therapy. But I know that it is possible to experience the kinds of internal changes and growth that we all look for throughout the course of our lives.
The most essential ingredient in therapy is a trusting, therapeutic relationship. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive and unique to each individual client, based on your needs and wishes. We approach the work with mindfulness, focusing on the interplay between your thoughts, emotions and behaviors, and how your internal experiences affect -and are affected by- your relationships and circumstances, past and present.
I listen mindfully, with my whole being. My clients know that during our time together, I am fully present and connected with them and their experiences, their stories.
Individual Therapy
My clients engage in therapy with me to process and work through many kinds of challenges, including: anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, career decisions, grief and loss and trauma. It is possible to find relief, support and healing with issues that affect us, and it doesn’t have to happen alone.
I take pride in my ability to cultivate a non-judgmental space where all expression is welcome. Therapy with me is down-to-earth, genuine and authentic. I believe strongly in the process and value the experiences that I’ve had with my clients. I’ll hope you’ll reach out if you are ready or want to learn more.
Therapy sessions are $125 for a 50-minute session.
